Once the product is ordered and payment is successfully completed on INFRAVEX KART, we arrange shipping through trusted and reliable courier partners across India. Alternatively, customers may also arrange pickup through a friend or family member if required.
We are pleased to offer FREE Shipping across India on all eligible orders placed through https://infravexkart.com.
All confirmed orders are typically shipped within 15–25 working days, or as per the estimated delivery timeline shared at the time of order confirmation. In case of customized or stitched products, additional processing time of up to 5 extra working days may be required.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be provided so you can easily monitor your shipment status online in real time.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner will usually attempt re-delivery or provide instructions for pickup from the nearest courier office. Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
INFRAVEX KART is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or situations where the customer is not available at the delivery address.
For multiple product orders, if items are to be delivered to different addresses, separate orders must be placed. If multiple items are ordered in a single order, delivery will depend on the availability of the last item in the order.
